AL NOOR COMMEMORATES EXCELLENT RESULTS
Al Noor International School celebrated the Graduation Ceremony of its seventh batch of Grade 12 Bahraini Section students who achieved 100% pass in the Ministry of Education Examinations at Al Ghazal ballroom, Ritz Carlton Hotel on Monday, 23rd June 2014 at 7.00pm. It was a glorious evening of recognition, pride and privilege. Al Noor students, parents and officials commemorated the excellent results.
The Chief Guest, His Excellency Mr. Jameel bin Mohammed Humaidan, Minister of Labour, Kingdom of Bahrain handed out the certificates along with Mr. Ali Hassan, school’s founder Chairman. The function was also graced by the officials from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labour and members of the diplomatic corps., other dignitaries and parents.
The School Chairman Mr. Ali Hassan expressed his immense pleasure at such excellent result and commended both the staff and students for the outstanding results. He thanked all the teachers for their integral role in the academic success and also hoped to see greater achievements for the years to come.
The school Principal Mr. Rashid Mandi congratulated all the students and wished them best for the future endevour. Extending a warm welcome to all the guests and parents, Head of the Arabic Section Mr. Amin Hulaiwah, praised the results and highlighted the achievements of the school in the course of the academic year 2013-2014.
Out of 37 students appeared, 14 students had obtained more than 90% of marks. Ameena Tawfiq El Hamar with 98.8% was topper in Commerce and Kiroles Leasha Shafeeq with 98.3% in the Science section. On behalf of the students present, thanking speech in Arabic was delivered by Ahmed Fahed and Ameena Tawfiq, in English by Mariam Jamal and French by Laila Ali , while Abdulla Salmeen recited verses from the Holy Quran and Doaa by Anas Moustafa. All were with full of gratitude and reminiscence, overwhelmed with emotions of achievements and success.
Mr. Muhammad Mashood, the school Director said that the management is looking ahead for better prospects and aiming at greater heights. He also expressed pride at our alumni student population spread around the globe.
The Graduation Ceremony was indeed a true culmination of diligence and reward in the Al Noor Academic Calendar – A celebration of good education.
